A Sunny Wedding Under The Arbors | Zach + Whitney in Amory, MS

When I photographed Zach and Whitney’s engagement session a few months back, the two words that came to mind were sweet and sincere. After having the privilege of photographing their wedding, I can still say that their love for one another is sweet and sincere as ever.

The day started with everyone arriving to the venue on the morning of July 6, 2019. Before I made my way there, I made a quick stop at a local coffee shop—as to be expected! ;).

Once I arrive to the venue, the bridal suite was buzzing with laughter and joy. While the girls continued getting ready, I began photographing details, which included Whitney’s stunning dress.

Whitney and all of her bridesmaids wore oversized button-downs while they got ready. So, of course, we had to get some pictures of them all together! Oh, and that teddy bear Whitney is holding? It’s made from her late grandfather’s button-down shirts. And, cue the sentimental tears!

In honor of Whitney’s late grandfather, she placed a locket with his picture on the stem of her bouquet. What a sweet and sentimental touch! Whitney made the most beautiful bride—I think I could’ve photographed her all day!

Before the ceremony, Zach and Whitney had the sweetest first look. I loved Zach’s reaction as he saw his bride for the first time!

What a beautiful day it was, full of anticipation and joy for this new chapter of their lives. Everything was bright and sunny, and not a drop of rain! You guys know I’m a sucker for a sweet first dance, right? Well, I am! And they lived happily ever after…
